We were most impressed Grant Harris who visited our home today to check up our furnace and air conditioning. He did not rush, rather he took to time to complete the tests, but conscientiously also was willing to take the extra steps to tune the systems and communicate with us on what he had found and what we might do. Enercare has been coming to our home for many years and this is by far the best experience we have had. Nicely done, Grant!

Having owned our current home for almost 30 years now, we have dealt with quite a few service people and I must say that GRANT HARRIS’ attention to customer service and detail is second to none. He was able to explain to us in laymen’s terms what was wrong with our furnace and what to do going forward in order to avoid similar issues and extend the longevity of our furnace. On September 25 I had an Enercare service representative arrive at my door
He was one of the most informative reps I have had in our home.
He not only was one of the most efficient representative, he was also the most helpful.
He had written down instructions on how to take care of the furnace in a proper fashion
It was great to actually meet someone who truly understands the definition of "Customer Service"

I want to thank Grant Harris for the life saving work he did at my home today. Grant quickly noticed that my filter needs to be updated and he provided the right guidance,why it important change my filter regularly. Grant conducted camera review of my equipment, ensured that our home was protected and we can be worry free of Carbon Monoxide. Grant provide additional guidance on our Air Condition unit and recommended we get our unit checked out to ensure safety and efficiency, we believe that will save us money during the summer.

I want to thank Grant for caring about our family by ensuring our home is safe.
