Shah and coworker arrived on time to replace my old water heater. The work was done promptly and the old water heater was removed. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with their workmanship.

The tech Brandon was very prompt, professional and polite. He made sure to clean my furnace thoroughly and provide tips and suggestions to keep it working A1. Brandon was a real pleasure to have service my furnace!!

I was serviced by two technicians from Enercare yesterday. They came to clean my furnace. They cleaned and inspected the furnace thoroughly. I asked questions which they answered honestly; they were very professional. Hardeep lead the work with trainee Brandon. Both were very professional and i would recommend your services to anyone. I am pleased with the outcome. They were honest and told me what they were doing. They gave me hints on ways to keep my furnace running longer. Hardeep was my technician in the past. He knew exactly when he last came to my home. I also would like to comment that in past other technician like Brian James were also very helpful and acted in a professional manner. Your organization is useful and i am glad i have Enercare.

The maintenance employee (Kishawn) was punctual, The replacement filter and maintenance of the A/C was completed on a timely manner with Kishawn being polite, and very knowledgeable, hey answered any and all of my questions and thats a first for me. Thanks Enercare Etobicoke you should be proud.

Enercare sent Daniel H to do an annual routine maintenance on our furnace and I am so pleased they did. He was extremely thorough in making sure that our furnace is functioning properly. And he explained each test he was doing as he was doing them.

Today, June 23/2021 I was pleasantly surprised that Al Zubrickas, one of the most pleasant and helpful technicians from Enercare i have had the pleasure of having service my air conditioner. He is proficient and informative, he cleaned my air condtioner which was really dirty after the winter months, while having a nice conversation. He also took the time to answer my questions regarding my air conditioner that i had.

Enecare was great to deal with over the phone, I made a call for my water heater on saturday and they arranged for a service call within a few hours.
Tulga was the technician was came to the call, was super professional, helpful and knowledgeable! My heater was older so he didn’t have the part, and made a call to return Monday, which he fixed the issue within 30mins. Tulga also noticed an serious issue with my furnace without even being asked to look at it , and temporarily rectified it until it can be fixed completely.
Great experience all around!

Raymond Mohabir was here today to clean my furnace. What a great guy. He was very thorough in cleaning my furnace. For all the many years I have had my furnace serviced with Enercare, Raymond was the only one that I know of who removed the piping, cleaned it and he tightened the screws so that it no longer makes a noise when it starts. He explained how everything works and I feel better knowing that my furnace is running smoothly for this winter. Thank you Raymond.
