In April, 2026, Cody Mcgimpsey (Service Manager) from City Wide Plumbing came by my townhouse and installed a brand new hot water tank. He was patient with questions, friendly, and efficient in terms of how he spent the time here. I would recommend working with him to anyone!

Parker was attentive and responded to my pre-installation questions promptly. Jesse and Mike were great technicians on the replacement of my air handler and outdoor unit. Jesse was very knowledgeable and friendly!

I had Cody come in as my heat pump wasn’t working efficiently. He arrived right on schedule and was very polite and right off the bat fixed the heat pump right up. My house finally feels cozy and warm again)

CityWide Plumbing & Power installed a heat pump, new hot water tank and replaced all the poly-B piping in our home. I would highly recommend this company as their work was exceptional, pricing was competitive, in fact lower than others and great people to work with. The crew were very knowledgeable and efficient with the work they did.
