Pioneer Plumbing was contacted as a new sink, deeper than the previous one, affected the piping and thus required different parts and imagination. Garrett attended and fixed everything well, and, he was polite, informative and helpful. The cost of a call out was reasonable, and became part of the actual work. I will recommend Pioneer Plumbing to friends and colleagues.

We always call Pioneer for any plumbing issues or work. I called them out as I thought our PVR (pressure valve regulator that reduces water pressure from city mains to the house) and Scott was able to identify that the water pressure setting wasn’t correct and fixed it right away. They’re also great if you have a plumbing emergency as we called them a few months ago and they were able to get someone out on a Saturday night!

Pioneer did an excellent job. We got a floodstopper installed to our laundry unit. Curtis came in and moved our washer dryer, installed the floodstopper, and after testing it worked really well! It took a pro to do it so fast and I appreciated it. Also thank you to Rochelle for helping facilitate all this. They will be my go-to plumbers now.

We had an issue of a leak in our building that was causing a massive water draw. We wanted to have someone come in to assess whether our unit was the issue, as we could hear running water behind the wall in our bathroom.

I had previously used another local company, Mr. Rooter - which I had been happy with. And while I can’t fault the quality of the work they did for me, something has gone by the wayside in terms of their customer service AND their prices have increased dramatically. Not to mention they weren’t going to be able to get to me until after the weekend.

I called Pioneer Plumbers and they were able to fit me in the next day, with a price that was more down to earth. The plumber they sent was fantastic! He made a thorough investigation in our apartment, and then went into the stairwell and basement to listen to the pipes. In the end he properly assessed that our unit was not the issue, but gave us critical information that we were able to pass on to the strata council.

Very happy with the service we received.

We recently hired Pioneer Plumbing for a major renovation project, and they were absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. Their team worked seamlessly with our contractors, making sure all the plumbing was done on time, up to code, and with incredible attention to detail.

From the moment I met Jay Gaskell, their lead sales engineer and estimator, I knew I was in the right hands, I felt I was with someone experienced and knows what he’s doing and what the job needs. Their competitive prices were also hard to beat, so we ended up striking a deal with them.

What really stood out was their expertise in planning, they offered great advice on the best layout and fixtures to ensure everything would function perfectly while also looking great. Throughout the project, communication was excellent, and the plumbers were always professional, courteous, and respectful of our home.

It was a great pleasure to meet and deal with their experienced plumbers and HVAC technicians, all of whom were very knowledgeable, professional and best of all they listen to the customer and are very friendly. I can mention here, David, Steve, Scott, Joel, and their supervisors, Chris and Haydon.

Renovations can be stressful, but Pioneer Plumbing made the plumbing side of things very friendly easy and worry free. The results speak for themselves, everything works flawlessly, looks great, and we couldn’t be happier.
