Not a great overall experience. Mark installed a new bathtub faucet. He was very rushed and the quality of work was sloppy, untidy and parts were damaged during the process. He could not figure out how to install the knew knobs on the faucet and after sometime decided to reinstall the knobs from the old faucet. I took a look afterwards and noticed that the knobs are a simple push on style and I installed the new knobs myself. The grooves were partially grinded away from him trying to install them, but thankfully there was still enough good grooves that they still work well.
The next morning I noticed there was a leak coming from my new faucet. Upon taking off the cover I noticed both cover fastening nuts were installed backwords and had damage due to a rushed install with a pipewrench. When I took off the cover I noticed there were leaks coming from both the hot and cold side of the new faucet. Again, things had been rushed and the connections were not tightened enough. Thankfully I was able to tighten the connections enough to stop the leaks. I reinstalled everything in the proper order and now all is good.
For someone who is a professional plumber and I would assume has installed many faucets, the quality of workmanship was extremely poor. I had to correct his mistakes and do a better quality job myself and I have literally never installed a bathtub faucet before in my life. In my situation, a plumber had to perform the faucet install, but it's unfortunate when you have to pay for such poor quality work.

Paid $1000+ he hooked up the sink waterline wrong and the dishwasher wrong. Had to call two different plumbers to fix work he was paid to do first. Unsure what happened or why quality service disappeared, but would have loved the opportunity for him to fix issue but he stopped answering our calls. Still an opportunity to fix but when you can’t get ahold of it’s a timeliness issue. Anyways, I can’t gamble on service maybe working out anymore.
He also called me to say I didn’t pay (I did) and berated me when I said I couldn’t (I could but no way I’m paying for something he said he would do) then told me he was busy and couldn’t talk. He stopped halfway and never finished the work, so when I called back a few weeks later he said he would finish it, again left it half finished.
*update: now being harassed by plumber. 1K for toilet and kitchen sink, the kitchen sink needed to be fixed by another plumber as it was set up wrong.

Went downstairs on a Sunday, noticed my main sewer line backed up!
I called Mark, he came down within the time he said. Removed the drain cap, immediately unblocked the main drain. While working he walked me through what he was doing!
After all was done, Mark cleaned up the work site.
I would 💯 % use Mark again.
Thanks
