We recently had our old clay sewer line replaced and a backwater valve installed by Tornado Plumbing & Drains, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the initial assessment to the completion of the project, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
They took the time to explain the work being done, completed the job efficiently, and maintained a clean and organized work site throughout the process. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and the entire project was completed on schedule.
What really stood out was their assistance with the paperwork for the city's rebate program for the back valve. They guided us through the requirements, provided all the necessary documentation, and made the application process much easier than we expected.
Replacing a sewer line and installing a backwater valve are significant investments, and this company made the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Highly recommend Serhiy and Tornado Plumbing! They were incredibly quick to respond, professional, friendly, and honest throughout the whole process. What I thought could turn into a huge and expensive project ended up having a much simpler solution because Serhiy took the time to assess everything properly and give genuine advice instead of pushing unnecessary work. He found a great solution for installing my backwater valve and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Serhiy and his team did an excellent job! They were very knowledgeable and kind in their explanations on what the best solution for my sump pump discharge issue would be.
