Dewayne was fantastic. After dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for two days, I reached out and he came exactly at the time I requested. He was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything fully cleared within half an hour.

So, I never had any work done by this company, but I called in yesterday with what thought was a major problem. All the faucets on the house were working except the ones in the upstairs bathroom for the kids. No water, no sound no nothing. Given the frigid temperatures we've been having I assumed the obvious that the pipes had frozen. Odd place to freeze given the location is pretty much surrounded by warm walls and floors. Anyhow I called in to h have someone come by to inspect. The lady who answered the phone (unfortunately forgot her name, but lovely) basically confirmed it was likely frozen pipes and that she could send someone out, but then proceeded to advise me of the option and the likely cost. What she said then what. She gave me a tip on what to do in terms of warming the pipes on my own for 24 hours to see if they would thaw out. And if it didn't work she would have somebody come out. That tip worked greatly and we are back up and running. I am thankful for her advice and how she handled the call. As many other companies could have simply send somebody and charge me to do the same work. This is clearly an indication of a company that cares about their customers. Thank you. If we run into something again we'll most definitely be calling this company or referring them forward to others.

We had a problem with our septic pump not working resulting in water in the basement. We called on a Sunday morning and were pleasantly surprised to have someone come within a couple of hours. Roman and Vitaliy quickly diagnosed that our septic pump was quite literally starting to burn! They replaced it right away, quickly and efficiently. Roman explained how everything works with the septic, and gave us very good advice.

I would highly recommend them to others.
