SOS Drain Cleaning came to our store to fix a problem in our grease trap caused by the company we previously used for cleanings not doing their job properly—probably for years! The technicians who did the service were friendly, got the job done efficiently for the amount of work required, and gave recommendations for how we could prevent issues in the future. Andrea also reached out after the service call to follow up and set us up on a schedule for regular maintenance so we barely even have to think about it. They really saved us, and we were super impressed with their customer service!

Shannon was great and professional. Called ahead to let us know when she'll arrive and arrived on time. While doing her job she kept her work area nice and clean. She cleared out all the blockages and advised us on what to watch out for in the future. Reinstalled the toilet and made sure that nothing is leaking or backing up. Thank you for a wonderful service. Wife and I would recommend this company and Shannon.

I had a wonderful experience with SOS Drain Cleaning on December 23! Ian came to unclog our drain on our condo, which a lot of companies won’t do. He was punctual, extremely friendly, and explained exactly what he was doing. He even explained to us that the plumbing was done in a less than ideal way and showed us why, so that we know for the future. The drain runs fantastic now. Ian also took the time to point out other things (unrelated to his job) that needed fixing and tried seeing if his company or anyone they worked with could help with them. It was very easy dealing with SOS drain cleaning and the appointment was scheduled extremely fast, only a day after I called them. Thank you Ian for being so wonderful and fixing our issue right before Christmas!

The lady I spoke with on the phone was very kind and considerate. She clearly explained the different services available and provided upfront quotes—no hidden or surprise costs, which I really appreciated.
A big thank you as well to the technician, Shannon. She worked very hard to clean the drainage on my main floor and got both my toilet and kitchen back to normal. She also took the time to clean up the work area and gave helpful advice on how to maintain the sewer going forward.
The service couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend SOS Drain Cleaning to any family dealing with drainage or plumbing issues.

I have a drain problem on and off for 3 years in my laundry room.I had 6 different guys came in 3 years.They did snake augers but the back up keeps coming back every now and then when I do laundry.I googled and based on good reviews I found SOS drain Cleaning.Shannon and Mark did a fantastic job.Its been.a month so far.so good.No more backing up.
