Kyle was incredibly responsive and, unlike other companies, didn't try to charge an assessment fee just to show up. He was extremely personable, professional, and gave me clear options and solutions without any 'nickel and diming.' From the first call to a full water tank installation, the entire process took less than 24 hours. Kyle was great at installing our whole home humidifier. Very professional. He walked me through what each piece of the unit does, how to change the settings for different seasons and how to take it apart to see inside if needed. Answered all the questions I had. Definitely recommend. Great pricing as well!

Wholeheartedly recommend K & R Plumbing- very responsive , great communication, and prompt service! Kitchen sink pipe must have been corroding for some time and then actually popped a hole! Shawn took care of it in no time, cost was very reasonable - will be calling K & R for all our future plumbing and furnace needs- thanks again!
