Mark did a great job fixing my kitchen sink issue. A corroded and clogged pipe was replaced and snaked to ensure no more issues. Plus Mark gave me some great info about piping and was very open to sharing ways to prevent grease clogs from happening. I can't speak on whether this was the best price because i didn't get quotes from others, but it seemed reasonable in this day and age. I would've balked had it been much more expensive. Thanks Mark and Top One for the quick response and positive experience!

Great experience. After not hearing back from another plumber, Mark responded within 5 minutes of my enquiry. Despite being in the middle of a snowstorm, he showed up and did an excellent job keeping me informed through the entire process. Highly recommend.

Mark is the best plumber I’ve come across my entire life. I’ve hired him for 3 separate jobs now and he surpassed my expectations on every aspect! He is professional, kind and knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing. I hired him initially for a camera inspection to ensure my plumbing is clear of obstructions. With his tools and experience, we found grease build up, which we then cleared through chain snaking. My pipes are now clean!
Second job was a simple drain replacement with overflow! He made the change look so easy! Now I don’t have water splashing on me when I turn on my faucet!
Third job was the biggest plumbing job I’ve encountered as a home owner. After doing the camera inspection with Mark, we found my main pipe line to be prone for a future major back flow issue. Mark and his team dug 10ft down, replaced 20 feet of pipes and installed a clean out to prevent sewage back up!
God bless Mark! This guy is the real deal and I’m so grateful I came across a real man who stands on his business!
