Flame and Faucet is beyond a service shop! They truly care. I can not thank them enough! They replaced my furnace, water tank and installed a softener.
Jeff, Tyler and Scott are amazing individuals and very technical. They patiently explain things to you and make sure you understand. Their work is as great as their personalities.
Tyler spent more than 10 mins on phone with me at 11 pm for a leak in my basement that was not even related to their work.

Jeff came in today to replace a shower cartridge and install shut off valves on 10 pex lines. Showed up on time, had all the parts for the job with him. Very happy with the work done and at a a fair price. Had some good recommendations on draining my hot water tank as well. And he is a genuinely nice guy to boot. I’ll use flame and faucet again and recommend them to others. Nice to find a good local plumber you can trust.

Jeff and Scott came to repair a leak in our mechanical room. Throughout the whole experience Jeff and Scott were professional and friendly. They were able to repair the leak quickly and with reasonable rates. They finished the job and left the workspaces clean and tidy! Jeff also took the time to look at our hot water tank and offer some advice when it came to replacing it. I'll definitely ask for their services again.

I highly recommend Flame and Faucet Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have in your home. Jeff and his crew are very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and cost-effective. They have completed multiple projects in my home over the past couple years. Today he drained and cleaned my hot water tank and did a whole house inspection of the plumbing. Jeff is excellent at explaining the work in layman’s terms. He always provides me with a quote so I can budget for upcoming projects.
