I had a great experience with Advanced Plumbing. I hired them to replace my shower/tub faucet, and Laz did an excellent job. He was meticulous with his setup and took real care in his work. Everything was done professionally. I will definitely continue to use Advanced Plumbing and highly recommend both Laz and Advanced Plumbing.

We had an emergency situation when our main drain burst in the basement, and Advanced Plumbing truly came to the rescue. From the moment we called, they were responsive, professional, and incredibly reassuring during a very stressful time.
Their team arrived quickly, assessed the situation with confidence, and got to work right away. What really stood out was their expertise and efficiency; they clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and they handled everything with care and precision. They also took the time to explain the issue and the repair process, which we really appreciated.
Not only did they fix the problem promptly, but they also made sure everything was cleaned up afterward, leaving our basement and lawn in great shape considering the circumstances. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, speed, and genuine customer care so well. They were also so helpful in assisting with reimbursements from the city that we were eligible for.

We had an outstanding experience with Aman from Advanced Plumbing Inc. From the moment I called the office to book the appointment, everything was a great experience. The booking process was smooth, friendly, and professional.
Aman is extremely knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly patient and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way we could understand, never making us feel rushed. He kept all work areas spotless and treated our home with great care and respect.

Very professional and fast service! Everything is done electronically by email with detailed PDF quotes, invoices and receipts.
Laz was very thorough and did the job right with a somewhat complicated routing of the drain system from the kitchen.
We even had some chat about snowboarding which we both love! Highly recommend Advanced Plumbing & Drains!.

We had an excellent experience with Advanced Plumbing from start to finish. From the first call to the office to arrange an assessment, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with clear communication.
Technicians Demitri and Laz were outstanding — knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. They were upfront and transparent with pricing from the beginning, clearly explaining the scope and cost of replacing the original iron stack and the upstairs bathroom fixture replacements, so there were no surprises. That level of honesty made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
They worked efficiently throughout the day, kept us informed as the work progressed, and took great care to bring our home back to normal — something we especially appreciated over the holiday season. At the end of the job, they walked us through the completed work to ensure we fully understood what was done and why.
Advanced Plumbing truly met and exceeded service standards and made what is typically a nerve-wracking experience — calling trades for emergency work — feel reassuring and well managed. I would strongly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
