We needed a quick plumbing fix. My wife called Mr Rooter. We were advised that someone should at our house within an hours time. 45 minutes and the van rolled. A nice young gentleman, Gordon Hall, approached and introduced himself. Quickly came in, analyzed the situation, diagnosed the problem, and gave us a price for worst case scenario. He quickly researched parts and location to obtain. He left after determining it would be more cost effective to buy a complete unit then remove the needed parts to fix the issue. Quickly and efficiently did the replace and repair saving us over $600. Gordon was pleasant and polite, answered all questions, and left us with a great impression.

Beepan from Mr Rooter came out and fixed our kitchen sink issues quickly. He did a great job - very polite and considerate - very good service. Four stars due to price which has significantly increased in last few years.

I had a great experience with Eric N and his trainee Chad. They fixed my sink quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They came prepared with all the parts needed and worked in a very professional and organized way.

What I appreciated most was how clean they left everything no mess at all. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing help and highly recommend their service.

I called Mr. Rooter of Kitchener earlier this week to fix a clogged kitchen drain and leaky pipe. The service as outstanding. I was so pleased with the technician, Beepan Magar, who was punctual, courteous, helpful, professional, thorough, and highly skilled at what he does. He was also very patient and went way above and beyond the call of duty. There was a unique sliding door under the sink that had to be removed and removing it was complicated, yet Beepan handled it with great patience and care. Once it came to unclogging the pipes, he offered me multiple options and could have pushed for me to go with the most expensive one. But instead, he very kindly allowed me to go with the first and cheapest option to see if it would work. Lo and behold it did! I so appreciated Beepan's professionalism, his willingness to let me consider the different options (and to explain them carefully), and the efficiency and skill with which he fixed the problem. Sure enough, the drain works perfectly now and the problem has been solved. Best of all, he provided all of this hard work and expertise at an extremely affordable price that will definitely keep me coming back to Mr. Rooter of Kitchener. I am grateful to Beepan and Mr. Rooter and I plan to contact the company in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

I had an emergency call to unplug a pipe.
Beepan arrived within the hour. Could not be more happy with his work.
He prepped the area so there would be no mess. He explained what he was doing and why.
He did not try to over sell me work. It wasn’t a complicated job but he did it right.
He did a thorough job cleaning up after he was finished.
He was also very sociable and we had a great chat.
Never happy with the price, but very happy with the work and the fact that he was here within an hour of calling.
